If you ever get the chance, you need to visit “Cascade Hollow.”
You’ll find it to be everything you’ve heard about and much, much more.
From admiring its pristine setting to observing the unique processes involved
in producing this award-winning Tennessee Whisky, the Dickel site tours take you
through the actual working distillery with a very personal touch, with experts
explaining each and every step. While you're there, ask to meet Master Distiller
John Lunn. When time allows, John has always taken the time to say “Hello.”
Mention the George Dickel Red Cup Society sent you, and and maybe John
himself will sign a bottle of George Dickel Whisky for you!

Happy Retirement, Billy!
On September 30, 2009, Billy Riddle retired
from George Dickel Distillery,
after 43 years of dedicated employment.
His fellow employees, along with Mike Wood, NCFO Representative,
held a small gathering on the 29th to honor him.
After much relaxin’ & reflectin’ everyone parted ways.
Billy is a man that no one could or would ever want to forget.
He and his pranks will be missed by all!
Ol’ Chap, We Love You, Good Luck, and have fun fishing!!!
