Just make sure it's genuine George Dickel!

Dickel Mint Julep

 Mint leaves and sprig
1 tsp. sugar
3 oz. George Dickel Sour Mash Whisky
 

Dissolve sugar in a little water. Crush six mint leaves in a tall glass, and add sugar mixture. Fill glass ¾ full with crushed ice. Stir in Whisky. Fill with ice to top. Garnish with mint sprig dipped in powdered sugar.

Dickel Whisky Sour

Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. sugar
Dash club soda
2 oz. George Dickel Sour Mash Whisky

 Shake lemon juice, sugar and whisky
well with cracked ice. Strain into Sour
glass, add dash soda and garnish
with orange slice and cherry.

Dickel Old Fashioned

1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. water
2 dashes Bitters

2 oz. George Dickel Sour Mash Whisky

 Muddle sugar, bitters and water in an Old Fashioned glass.  Add an ice cube, whisky and twist of lemon peel. Stir well. Garnish with orange slice and cherry. Serve with stirrer.

Dickel Eggnog

 1 egg
1 tsp. fine grain sugar
2 oz. George Dickel Sour Mash Whisky
8 oz. fresh milk

 Shake ingredients well with
cracked ice.  Slowly strain into
tall glass. Serve with grated
nutmeg on top to taste..

Dickel Manhattan

 ¾ oz. Stock Sweet Vermouth
Dash Bitters

2 oz. George Dickel Sour Mash Whisky

 Stir ingredients well with ice. 
Strain into cocktail glass and serve with cherry.

Dickel Highball

2 oz. George Dickel Sour Mash Whisky
Club soda or water 

Pour whisky over ice in tall glass. 
Fill to brim with soda or water. 
Stir gently and serve with straws.

Dickel Hurricane

 1/3 part George Dickel
1/3 part dry Gin
1 /3 part Crème de Menthe
Juice of 2 lemons 

Blend all ingredients in a mixing glass.
Shake well with plenty of ice and
slowly strain into glass.

Dickel Toddy

 1 tsp. fine grain sugar
2 cloves
Slice of lemon
Cinnamon stick
2 oz. George Dickel Sour Mash Whisky

Combine all in an Old Fashioned glass
or mug.  Add 1-1/2 oz. or more
boiling water.  Stir.

Dickel Mist

3 oz. George Dickel
Lemon Peel
 

Fill an Old Fashioned glass with finely
crushed ice. Pour whisky over ice, add
twist of lemon peel and stir until very cold.

Dickel on the Rocks

 1-1/2 to 3 oz. George Dickel
Sour Mash Whisky
 

Pour whisky over ice cubes in
Old Fashioned glass. Add water if desired. 
Swirl glass for proper chilling.

Dickel & Dew

Crushed Ice or Ice Cubes
1 part George Dickel
2 parts Mountain Dew 

Take a large glass and fill with ice. 
Add one part George Dickel to two
parts of Mountain Dew.

George & Ginger

2 oz. George Dickel Sour Mash Whisky
2 oz. Ginger ale 

Pour George Dickel over ice
in a tall glass. Add Ginger ale
and stir.

Slippery Dickel

 1 1/2 oz. George Dickel Whisky
3/4 oz. Cointreau orange liqueur,
3/4 o.z lime juice
1 tsp. grenadine syrup


Shake ingredients with a glassful of broken ice, and pour unstrained into an old-fashioned glass.

Dickel Tickle

1 oz. George Dickel Sour Mash Whisky
3/4 oz. Southern Comfort Peach Liqueur
1/2 oz. Pimms Gin
1/4 oz. lime juice
4 oz. lemondade


Pour into an ice-filled highball glass and serve.
