Our Annual B-B-Q Lunch for the George Dickel Distillery We look forward to this event every year.  It’s our small way of saying “Thanks” to all the fine folks that work at the George Dickel Distillery

We Visit A Special Friend

It seemed like just “ The Right Thing To Do,” so we did it. We took a trip up to Mt. Olivet Cemetery
in Nashville to pay our respects,  and convey some gratitude,  to Ole’ George himself.

         

I’m not really positive, but I’m pretty sure Ole’ George joined us in our “Red Cup” celebration.

         

Regardless, we enjoyed his spirit... and his company.  We just wanted him to know “He’s Da Man.”

Our July GDRCS Meeting

This month’s meeting was hosted by Cub, and his wife Sherry, at their pool. The burgers and dogs were wonderful.
The fact it was 95 degrees pretty much dictated soaking in the pool. Tuff life, but somebody’s gotta do it!

         

         

We thank Cub & Sherry for their time, trouble, and effort. It was absolutely great!

Cub said he’s always wanted to milk a cow. Now he can check that off his list!

Our next meeting is scheduled at Dano’s, August 26th. We’ll let ya know how he does!
